How I approach the work
I start with a representative sample and the workflows that consume the most time or create the most uncertainty. I identify data gaps, prioritize improvements and design justified rules. Implementation, documentation and training can be included in the same engagement.
Applied experience
In a fraud detection project, I worked with approximately 3,000 payments and 1,232 users to calibrate signals. I also built an investigation index from approximately 24,450 profiles and implemented automation with compliance approval and escalation criteria.
